Shipping

• All in stock orders will be shipped within 24 hours of purchase. Tracking numbers will be e-mailed to every customer once their order has been processed.
• For any customers who receive an incentive of free shipping, the shipment will be sent via standard shipping or in some cases priority shipping based on circumstances but overnight shipping will not be covered by this concession.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you enjoy your purchase, but if you need to make a return, we will gladly refund you OR issue a store credit for the item if the return is accepted. Here's what you need to know about processing a return:

• Only domestic U.S. orders at www.beastylenyc.com are eligible for returns. 
• All sales are final on international orders, except when there is a fulfillment error by Beastyle.
• Return requests must be submitted to info@beastylenyc.com within 30 days after the item has been delivered to you.
• The item being returned must be shipped to Beastyle within 3 days after the return is accepted.
• The item being returned must be unworn and in original condition.
• Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is due to a fulfillment error or issue with the received product which Beastyle would be deemed responsible for.
