Q: When will my item be shipped?
A: If your order is placed before 4pm EST M-F it will usually be dropped off at the post office the same day. If it is placed after 4pm on Friday we will attempt to get it dropped off on Saturday before 12pm or the coming Monday at the latest.
Q: Will I receive tracking numbers after my order is placed?
A: Yes, once the label is created you will receive a notification via email with the tracking number for your order.
Q: What is the return policy?
A: We hope you enjoy your purchase, but if you need to make a return, we will gladly refund you or issue a store credit for the item if the return is accepted. Here's what you need to know about processing a return:
- Only domestic U.S. orders at www.beastylenyc.com are eligible for returns.
- All sales are final on international orders, except when there is a fulfillment error by Beastyle.
- Return requests must be submitted to info@beastylenyc.com within 30 days after the item has been delivered to you.
- The item being returned must be shipped to Beastyle within 3 days after the return is accepted.
- The item being returned must be unworn and in original condition and once the item is received the refund will be issued.
Q: Do you have a flagship store?
A: At the moment no. We were close to opening a flagship store in New York City but then COVID19 hit and completely sidetracked us. We plan on revisiting this option as soon as things get back to normal.
Q: How do your caps fit?
A: Before we launched our cap line, we sampled and tested dozens of caps from different suppliers and eventually settled on the Yupoong brand which stood out above the rest with it's outstanding quality, appearance and fit. Unlike other mainstream cap brands which take a long time to be broken in and shaped to your head, these caps will mold quickly and fit your head to perfection after one or two wears and are also comfortable, durable and maintain their shape for a long time.
Q: How do your tops fit?
A: We use high quality tri-blend garments which consist of cotton, rayon and polyester and have a contoured fit. The material feels light and stretchy yet tough. They offer a very comfortable and flattering fit, being fitted in the shoulders, traps and arms area while looser in the stomach area, accenting the more pronounced parts of your physique, whatever your build is.
A: Do you have Big and Tall sizes?
A: We do but at the moment our Big and Tall sizes are limited due to supply shortages caused by COVID19. We have certain t-shirt styles available in 3XL and 4XL and you can find which ones are in stock via the search bar on the homepage. As the garment supply industry gets back to normal, we will be adding more styles in Big and Tall, so if you are a big beast please check back with us soon.
Q: What do I do if I never received my order?
A: Keep in mind that sometimes Post Office deliveries show up past their expected arrival date or may show a status of "delivered" when it has yet to arrive. If your item has not been received on it's expected arrival date, please first check your tracking number for a status update and then give it some more time to arrive. If it has still not been received several days later please contact us and we will reach out to the Post Office to try and get an update and locate the package. If it is not sorted out and delivered after we contact the Post Office we will ship out your order again.
Q: Do you do custom beast orders?
A: If you desire one of our beast graphics in a different garment style, color or size the minimum order is 30 pieces and will require a 50% deposit before printing begins. We will also only do custom orders with the beast graphics we already have in production.
Q: How often do you release new products and designs?
A: At the moment many of our new garment releases have been delayed due to the huge impact COVID19 has had on clothing suppliers. Many of our garments have been on back order for months but as the industry returns to normal we hope to release new beasts, styles, colors and sizes as frequently as possible. If you sign up for our mailing list, we will send updates every time we release something new.
Q: Do you sponsor people?
A: Yes we do sponsor people with free clothing and are looking for new people to sponsor as well as ambassadors to join our team. We do have certain criteria we look for in order to sponsor you so if you are interested drop us a line at info@beastylenyc.com and we can discuss details.
